Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PROCAM account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
